Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Deposit

• Your booking is confirmed once a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total ceremony fee is received.
• The balance of fees is due 2 weeks before the ceremony.

2. Services Provided

• Personalised ceremony planning and delivery.
• Preparation and lodgement of all legally required paperwork under the Marriage Act 1961 (Cth).
• One planning meeting (in person or online) and support by phone/email.
• Ceremony rehearsal if agreed.

3. Cancellations

• If you cancel your booking, the deposit is non-refundable.
• If cancellation occurs within two weeks of the ceremony, the payment is non-refundable.
• If I am unable to attend due to illness or emergency, I will arrange a qualified replacement celebrant. If this is not possible, all monies will be refunded.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and identification documents.
• Lodge your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) within the legal timeframe.
• Provide final ceremony details no later than two weeks before the ceremony.

5. My Responsibilities

• Comply with all legal obligations under the Marriage Act.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Lodge all legal paperwork within the required timeframe.
• Maintain current insurance.

6. Privacy

I will keep your personal information secure and only use it for the purposes of your marriage ceremony and legal requirements.

7. Force Majeure

I cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond my control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies).
